Do I need to provide water or power?
No. The rig carries its own water tank and pressure system and its own quiet onboard power, so we never touch your spigot or your outlet. That matters in apartment lots and office parking where there is no hose to borrow, and it means your breaker never trips while we work.
How much space do you need?
Roughly one parking space for the vehicle plus enough room to walk all the way around it, and a spot nearby for our van. A driveway, garage, carport or office lot all work fine. A garage or a shaded, level spot is ideal in summer, but it is not a requirement.
How long does a mobile detail take?
An exterior or interior package is typically a couple of hours. A full detail inside and out usually runs three to five hours depending on the size of the vehicle and how much is going on inside it. Paint correction and ceramic coating are scheduled separately because they need proper cure time, and we confirm your exact window when we send the quote.
What happens if it rains?
We watch the forecast for you. If the weather will compromise the result we call you ahead of time and move to the next open slot at no charge. If you have a garage or covered carport we can usually work straight through it, and interior work is never affected by rain.
Where do you travel?
We run mobile out of Fayetteville and regularly service Hope Mills, Raeford, Spring Lake, Sanford, Southern Pines and Fort Liberty. If you are just outside that ring, ask anyway. We travel for the right job and we will tell you straight away whether we can get to you.
